Free Loaner Cars

At Capitol Collision Repair, we know that when you are in an accident, you have many things to worry about such as your health and well-being, how your vehicle is going to be repaired and other concerns caused as a result of the accident.
We understand that a vehicle is a necessity and that you don’t want to have to worry about how you are going to go to work or take the kids to school while your vehicle is being fixed. Capitol Collision wants to make your situation as easy as possible by offering free loaner cars to you while your vehicle is being repaired in our shop.
Of course, there are a few steps that must be taken before we loan a vehicle out to you:
- Your vehicle must be brought to Capitol Collision and be examined by one of our estimators
- If you choose to have Capitol Collision repair your vehicle, a free loaner car will then be made available to you.
- Again, your vehicle must be repaired by Capitol Collision for a free loaner car to be scheduled for you.
There are a few regulations for vehicles that are loaned out to you:
- You must have a valid driver’s license and proof that you have full coverage insurance.
- The loaner car is just for you to drive, not your neighbor or your best friend. If by chance, damage did occur to the vehicle while it was in someone else’s possession, you will be held responsible for fixing the damage, that being said…
- The vehicle will need to be returned in the same condition that it was loaned to you. If no dents were on the car when it was given to you, no dents should be on the vehicle when it is returned. The vehicle will be given to you with a full tank of gas and it should also be returned with a full tank of gas.
- Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the loaner vehicles, so Fido and Fifi will have to be left at home.
- No smoking will be allowed in the loaner cars.
- Lastly, loaner cars are not to be used for business purposes such as pizza delivery or Uber.
